The venue was Orsestone Manor, an Edwardian retreat set in landscaped gardens up on the coastal road outside Torquay. A perfect location for Emma and James’s wedding day.

Our Torquay photo booth hire was set up in a separate room to the main party but it was still very well used by the guests. Other entertainment for the guests during the evening included an electric violinist. Photo Booth Hire Isle of Man

The Boothstar team had quite a journey when they visited the beautiful Isle of Man to attend the wedding of Kirsty and Tom. This couple held their wedding reception at the Mount Murray Hotel and Country Club which is perfectly situated in 200 acres between the airport and the town of Douglas with spectacular views across the island.

The guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience of having a photo booth available during the reception and ensured that they made good use of it for the evening. The facility of having a guestbook for the bride and groom was an extra special bonus, providing duplicate copies of each photograph for each guest and the guestbook. A lovely souvenir for Kirsty and Tom.

Photo Booth Hire South Wales

One of our Boothstar teams was back in the South Wales region when they attended the wedding of Kate and Alex in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The photo booth was set up in a marquee in the back of a lovely modern house belonging to the bride’s parents. As you can imagine, being deep in the heart of Wales it rained the whole time! Luckily the team managed to get their van right up to the door of the marquee which made setting up the photo booth so much easier. The marquee had been built around a large tree so that it was poking up through the floor and up to the roof, but it looked really good!

There were some long speeches that evening but after them the adults went mad for the photos and there was a long queue to use the photo booth right up until they were told it was closing time. Sadly for some of the guests, the coach due to pick them up had broken down but the band and our photo booth hire kept everyone entertained until midnight.

Our Kent photo booth hire team have attended another student event – this time the venue was Winters Barn near Canterbury when the senior pupils of Kent College had their end of term celebration. Winters Barn is a converted barn in the Kent countryside yet so close to Canterbury which makes it the perfect venue for a private function.

This was a civilized student event with a sit-down dinner followed by plenty of photo booth fun. Lots of the teachers went into the booth, perhaps with a little persuasion from the Booth butlers or the students? Definitely a fun time was had by all. Top marks to the teachers for organising such a creative event for their lucky pupils.

There was yet another end of term student event for one of our Boothstar teams when they attended Worcester College, Oxford University. Although the college is close to the city and university centres, it is set in 26 acres of beautiful gardens and wooded grounds.

This was a massive, one-site, all-night student event. There were Fairground rides and live music – it was a huge event! Our Oxford photo booth hire team was in operation from 9pm until 5am, earning themselves some well-deserved rest at the end after the photo booth had been busy non-stop. What a marathon even for our experienced Booth Butlers!

Photo Booth Hire Nottingham

Around 300 students celebrated the end of their first year at Nottingham University with their Formal Ball held at Colwick Hall, Nottingham. The Hall has beautiful grounds and this event was held in the Lakeside Pavilion, a marquee overlooking the water. Our Nottingham photo booth hire team was pleased to be in attendance at one of the many student events held in the city at the end of a busy year.

All the students attended Cripps Hall of residence, all of which are named after famous people. During the evening, the students sang hall songs and gave speeches. Surprisingly,  they were all very reserved in the photo booth but the queue was constant until the buses arrived to take them reluctantly back to their campus after a fabulous evening.

Photo Booth Hire Solihull

Boothstar were back in the West Midlands for another Sunday wedding when they were present with their Solihull photo booth hire at Hayley and Ryan’s reception. It was pouring down with rain outside but the guests made the most of the evening with lots of dancing.

The marquee was beautifully decorated in royal blue, matching perfectly with the bridesmaids’ dresses. The children were well entertained by the photo booth and particularly enjoyed signing the guestbook with the addition of a few cupcake smudges here and there! They certainly kept the booth butlers on their toes for the evening. Needless to say, the adult guests also had a fantastic time using the booth and made it a successful evening all round which pleased Hayley and Ryan.

It was for Vicky’s 60th that they were in operation recently when they visited Chipstead Golf club in Surrey. This is a beautiful venue with a terrace offering panoramic views of the golf course. There has been an ongoing popularity this summer of parties at golf clubs and this was no exception.

Vicky’s guests were a theatrical crowd and got into the party spirit with our full range of dressing up props.
